Authority Property Management is the best agency we have ever rented from. We ran into some unexpected issues upon moving in and we were just stressed because we didn’t know what to do about them or when they would be fixed. Authority worked with us every step of the way and did everything in their power to make things right. The last thing we wanted to do was be “Karen’s” so we felt bad about expressing our frustration because we knew it wasn’t their fault. They listened to us and never brushed us off once. They expressed true empathy. They have worked hard to make everything right and we just got the sweetest card from them. Kim and Hanna are incredible, as is the rest of their staff and vendors. Thank you all so much. We are truly happy to rent from you ❤️

After over a week waiting to hear if our credit scores are high enough to be accepted. Meanwhile having no where to go these weeks before Christmas we receive a call at 5 pm on a Friday that we were denied. It's seems so cruel for a company that can effect the outcome of our living situation to wait until we can't do anything to inform us that they denied us. It's about to be the holidays with everything closing this company is extremely not in the communities or families best interests !!!!

A great company! The owners are very involved and invested in the local community and in providing quality customer service to both owners and tenants. Their staff are immediately responsive and helpful and always professional. I can't say enough good things about them!!
